They did an absolutely fantastic job! We recently moved from Michigan to the Dallas area and had a semi trailer FULL to unload. We hired to 2 helpers and they unloaded in about 4 hours! Extremely detail oriented, took great care with our furniture, and awesome to deal with. I would HIGHLY recommend if you are in need of help with unloading or anything moving.

The 2 movers were slightly, which was good. They brought the equipment they needed. They were respectful and friendly and finished quickly. Everything was packed well and they secured it.

Richard and Samir were amazing all around. We had trouble getting the PODS door open, but they were able to get a few things out and get the door finally open. After, they moved efficiently and quickly, despite the extreme heat during a heat wave. They emptied out the full 16ft container quickly without any problems, placed everything where I had wanted, and even helped with putting some furniture together. I would recommend Richard and Samir and the CVL company to anyone needing movers.

Firstly, the movers were late by an hour and a half, which I can forgive. Stuff happens. Then, I quickly found out that neither of them spoke English, which is cool, but I’d would’ve liked to been notified of this beforehand so I could have a Spanish speaking person present, as using Google Translate wasted a lot of my allotted time. Furthermore, they were both very slow. They often stopped to talk. They also only brought one dolly, which luckily I had one of my own, otherwise this simple job would’ve taken well beyond 2 hours. Also, it seems they were doing everything they could to make sure I paid for additional time. I paid for 2 hours for them to simply unload my moving truck into my one bedroom apartment, and after that 2 hours there were still things that needed to be unloaded. They even repeatedly told me to “relax” when I would help, and seemed disappointed when I told them I didn’t want any extra time. Overall it was a frustrating experience. Lastly, I paid extra for the 2 flights of stairs, but they spent the entire moving using the elevator, which was slower and got in the way of my fellow residents. I will never use this company again.
