I was really upset with the service that Full House Family Moving provided yesterday. The movers were very unprofessional and worked very slowly to waste the time. They intentionally were wasting the time. I had to work along with them to carry items from the pod to the apartment!! Also, they didn’t have specific trolleys with handles! They had some strange ones which had only four wheels without any handles!!! Additionally, I had paid extra fee to assemble the bed when reserving their service, however, yesterday they said they couldn’t assemble the bed because they didn’t have time!! When I told them, they talked back to me very rudely!!! I called the customer service of the Hire A Helper yesterday twice and told them that the movers worked very slowly and very unprofessional. I asked the representative to reflect on my account that I would not pay any extra fee for such a horrible service. It was the worst experience with Full House Family Moving!!!

Tyrese’s Team were extremely professional and efficient. We were doing a long distance move and we needed someone to in short notice to come and unload a container worth of furniture and other items. Tyrese and his team accepted the job kept us informed throughout the schedule on what time they were coming and when they came on site did an excellent job of unloading all our items with in the window of time. How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
