They charged me for time that was not justified. My apartment was in complete disarray and its going to take 3x as long to clean up the mess left. Over $600 for the small amount that was moved was completely outrageous

They did a great job quickly and efficiently packing the moving van. Only the typical scuffs and dings you would expect when moving a household of items. On the Website it says they are available 10am and later but do not depend on a 10 am start. They came almost an hour after 10am. They worked extremely hard and it is impressive what they could move including an upright piano. They were extremely respectful and listened to most of the requests I asked of them. I would definitely hire them again.

Our helpers arrived a little early. They took great care packing our furniture for our move, which was local. They followed us to the new home and took even greater care unloading the furniture and placing it in the house. Our furniture is large and heavy and they had to heft it upstairs. Not a single scratch on anything, no gouges in walls, and no damage to anything. They worked very hard and were friendly and cordial. I will definitely call Hire A Helper LLC when I need help again.

I booked these guys the day of my move because other movers didn't show up. They made every effort to be there as soon as possible, and kept me updated on where they were and their ETA. They obviously showed up towards the end of the day which was fine. They came with their own pads and dolly, and worked extremely hard despite already doing two moves that day. They got everything unloaded and loaded in 3 hours, and were professional, courteous and careful with my furniture. 10/10 would use again.
