These guys arrived on time to pack our truck for us and ended up damaging several items (some we didn't find until unloading). While packing a glass top table, they broke it and agreed to replace it. It's been a month since our move and not only have they not replaced the glass, they haven't returned multiple phone calls and their website is longer active. I've filed a claim with HireAHelper, but be warned. These guys aren't careful and certainly not professional! You want someone that treats your personal items as if they are their own, and that is certainly not the case with this company. Absolutely would not use them again nor recommend them!

These guys are great! They were very professional, did a terrific job packing the moving truck and no damage when we unpacked the truck at the destination. I'd highly recommend them.

I moved from Charleston SC which took 8 hours with a 9 year old...it took two trucks because the packers in Charleston did such a poor job packing the truck. I had to rent another truck just to get here to Martinsville Va. When the unpacking crew got to our house they started right away and were finished with the first truck before their allotted time was finished. I asked them about just unloading the other truck in the basement, they said it wouldn't take them long...I only had to pay for an extra hour and it was well worth it... The crew of two men and one lady were ROCK STARS...I can't thank them enough for the enormous amount of stress they help relieve... If I ever need moving labor help again... They will be my only call...thanks again for the professional service you provided for my family...
