I would love to give this company 5 stars, however, it was very evident that one of the two employees sent was not happy about having to pack the POD. He continuously asked personal questions about the previous POD that was packed before and who packed it and made several remarks regarding him being able to tell it had not been packed properly. Several times he stated “ I mean I’m not trying to be rude, but…” I felt it was very evident he was upset that all of our items may not fit, but we were well aware of that already. During the process, we never once even seemed bothered by items not making it. We made a point to eliminate several items to try to calm his nerves and made sure to point out which items needed to go for sure. We even gave them both several cold drinks. We have packed and unpacked several PODs at this point and have never had a worker complain so much about what he was supposed to be doing. Obviously we are not the professionals, which is why we hired someone. I would suggest that this employee not be put in even mildly stressful situations, as he was clearly bothered and was not as professional as he could have been due to this. Unprofessionalism was not necessary in this situation and did not create a 5 star experience for this company. Especially as this move was due to the passing of my father-in-law less than 3 weeks prior to this encounter.
