Over time for three hours, multiple pieces of furniture got chipped and scratched, and failed to move chairs that are moved to my condo years ago. Horrible, not sure how they got 4+ Stars. Not recommended at all!!!! The price for HAH is 200 for extra hours, and the guy on the phone tried to ask for 250.

Prior to confirming your booking, we discussed that loading and unloading a 20-foot truck, along with disassembling all of the beds, would likely require more than two hours to complete properly. You chose to proceed with the two-hour service.
Before the service began, you were also informed by HAH that any additional time would be billed at the applicable hourly rate. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the movers providing you with incorrect pricing while they were on-site. We understand how that could have been frustrating and we take responsibility for the miscommunication.
