I booked 2 movers for 3 hours. It was right there on my invoice. I confirmed with them that’s what I needed. The moving company shows up with 3 movers and then says I only have 2 hours. (I had no oversized items. I didn’t even have any mattresses or couches!) It’s like I ordered a medium sausage pizza and they gave me a large pepperoni and expect me to be happy even though that’s not what I ordered.
