Precise Carriers helped us in a pinch. We had loaded a U-haul truck ourselves and after that experience realized it was just too much for us - we were going to need help unloading at our destination the next day. We contacted HireAHelper who put us in touch with Precise Carriers. We were given a window of time two helpers would come assist. We had not used HireAHelper or Precise Carriers before so we were trusting the process. Sure enough two young men, Donta and Gerald, were there on time with dollies. They were amazing -- pleasant to work with, organized, careful, and very quick. A tremendous help on short notice! Many thanks! We will use Precise Carriers again!

They were running a little late but called ahead of time to let us know. They were very professional, explained what they were doing and went to work, very hard workers (which is hard to find these days). They handle the items as if they were their own. Some of the best movers we ever had and we have had a lot.

They were very professional and it was very hot!! They had some pretty heavy stuff to move and did it without complaint. Very nice young men.

Could not recommend this crew less. They delayed multiple times day-of for our move (we were scheduled for 8AM and they were three hours late).
We had to remind them over and over again to get boxes and furniture from the upstairs bedroom and closet. At least three times we told them to get the stuff from up there - we would check and see the same boxes every time they told us "the upstairs is done."
They were not respectful of our property. They relied more of brute force to get things up or into the the truck, even kicking our couch and dresser to make sure it was in the truck. At once point they dropped an end table through a family painting. They piled such heavy furniture on our electrical plug for the ice chest that we have to replace the entire power system and that's a month-long backorder for the part.
In terms of planning their day (we did a walkthrough with them as soon as they showed up) they failed completely. Items were loaded into the truck in a way that didn't make sense. They left a tall, standing safe in the middle of the truck (not secured) and relied on smaller, lighter furniture - and a TV! - to stop it from falling over.
The safe fell during the drive, smashing the furniture and damaging the TV. It broke a bookshelf in half.
The most insulting part was, after showing up 3 hours late, once the three hours I paid for were up they were ready to go. There was no offer to extend the time. All of a sudden, after assuring us all afternoon that everything would get in the truck, they started asking "what else do you need on the truck?" (Everything?) That's when they did the especially careless load of the safe and TV - the safe had been in the garage near the truck since they showed up - that resulted in damage.
We ended up having to rent a second truck the next day and load it ourselves. This required us to drive from our new home (three hours) and back in order to be out before our lease was up.
The only brightside to the move was that the crew was so eager to get out the door that they didn't wait for us to tip them - originally they wanted us to pay them for the move directly, but quickly gave us when I said we paid through HireAHelper already (said their boss would call - he never did) - basically they said bye and sped off. I felt bad about that the entire day until I saw the condition of our items at our new house.

Arrived on time and made quick work of unloading a 16' Pod with several pieces of furniture which they.moved in the house with care. Worked very efficiently and were very polite and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
