The movers were great and they actually showed up prior to our designated start time ! They were fast , efficient , pleasant and careful with my items. Except for a minor glitch in the payment process, this was a very good moving experience and their supervisor, Brian, was in constant contact with me regarding any changes. I will use them again in the future.

ServiceQuest is the best! I can't say enough good things about them. He did exactly what he said he would do. He called the night before. The men arrived 10 minutes early.They were courteous. They packed the truck showing all the experience of a seasoned professional mover. Its a good thing they were experienced because if I had loaded the truck myself it would have required twice the space(and twice as big a truck.) It pays to find a good mover and they were GOOD movers. I recommend them.

the service men were a little late, but were very helpful and friendly. although they couldn't get my entire entertainment center to the basement they did try. were able to help me return my popup camper to the garage. very satisfied with your service.

Very polite, although I was 20 min late. While the crew was hired for 2 hours, they completed the move in about 1 hour or so. Since time wasn't up yet, they kindly offered to help move other stuff, configure my rooms, etc. I definitely recommend their service.

What a wonderful experience! Helpers arrived on-time, were extremely polite, and worked like dogs. They were both very careful and competent, a pleasure to work with and have in my home. They will certainly be my first call the next time I have anything to move and I am recommending them to others without hesitation.

My wife and I just moved to Philadelphia this weekend and we hired Service Quest to help us unload on Sunday August 1st in the morning. Brian Scott called me on Friday, confirmed my reservation and we discussed all the details and he assured me that they were professionals and that we would be
taken care of. However on Sunday morning they never showed up! They never answered any of my phone calls, emails, or voicemails after I repeatedly
tried to get a hold of them to try to work something out. This completely put me and my family in a tight bind, and caused a lot of pain and suffering emotionally and physically. Because of our tight schedule my wife and I had to unload our entire truck by ourselves, up 2 flights of stairs, and in a
city where we knew no one. This took us all day, which caused us to be late with our uhaul return date, which cost us even more money. Service Quest
still has not returned my calls or even contacted me to say that they were sorry, or it was a mistake. Since this has happened I have come to find out that they have done this to 3-4 other people recently so they cannot be trusted! Please do not use this company for anything EVER!
