The guys showed up 1.5 hours late. Not the end of the world. But as soon as they came, one of the guys started throwing all sorts of tantrums - Elevator is not working, furniture is heavy, we need more people, etc. I had informed in advance that elevator is not working, and paid extra for the 4 flights of stairs, showed them the bill as well. For a good 20 mins they kept complaining and trying to get their dolly out of their truck, which had problems with the trunk door. Then they started moving the stuff slowly, damaged my expensive leather recliner in multiple places, bed frame, broke the leg of a TV console despite me advising them to be careful. They did not have luggage belts so they were unable to handle the furniture properly. While loading the truck at the origin, 2 people wrapped all the furniture, brought down from second floor and loaded the pod in under 3 hours. These guys took 4 hours and my and wife had to help them in moving and one of the guys was mad at me and kept shouting that I was not helping enough. I told them that I do not do this everyday, so don't expect me to match them. Which is why I hired the company. It was a horrible experience working with them.

Extremely efficient and thorough. Our team was thrown a curveball when our second cargo container didn’t arrive and they had to trek half a block to load the one we got. They took it in stride and managed still get the house done in their allotted time.

Our favorite part is seeing customers looks of relief after we've assisted them and also knowing that our company assisted in minimizing some of the customers stress that comes along with moving

Our service providers and sub-contracted and most already have the needed skills to perform the job. I've heard that they stay updated by actual on the job experiences dealing with unexpected issues and how-to video guides available online
