Larry's arrived on time and the team worked consistently hard and were willing. Worked a little too fast and could have taken more time to handle the household goods a bit better. Cheerful and willing to listen. If taken a bit more care would have given highest rating. Good, but not the best we've worked with (better than many/most tho)

Once they arrived, they worked efficiently, and they were courteous. However, they were about 15 minutes late, and did not notify me that they would be running late.
There were a couple of times when I would have liked for them to take more care than they did: drawers fell out of the refrigerator that they were moving. However, in the end, everything did get moved and remained intact.
I was basically satisfied, but I would not be likely to recommend them.
