Muscle movers send two people with zero experience. Without any tools nor any belts to move furniture safely. They did not wear any shoe covers and completely damaged the carpet and took 4 hours extra to load everything. 10 Cu Ft space became 18 cu. ft since they did not know how to stack things properly. I paid 2680$ extra to U-Pack and the movers charged me 4 hours extra against what was agreed. This was the worst experience i ever had though the boys were nice but had no idea how they go about a move..

I had a tough job for these guys unloading a tractor trailer for several trips in a smaller uhaul. On time, professional, and hard working, they put in the extra effort to make sure I got everything done in the smallest amount of loads. I've used a lot of movers, and these guys worked the hardest by far. Highly recommend if you are looking for a diligent and hardworking crew.

They arrived 3 hours late, they didnt pack or load the items well. I had thousands of dollars in damage to my items. multiple tables and chairs, multiple cabinets all had damage to the point that they either needed to be thrown away. My brand new E bike had components bent.
They didn’t listen well. I had purchased 700 dollars in moving blankets. Instead of using them, it turns out they loaded them onto the truck then I was sent to the store to get more blankets because we were out. They also packed multiple items they were told not to pack and as a result ran out of room on the truck, causing me to have to leave thousands of dollars of items including brand new bbq and tv. Since I moved across country, I either need to pay a huge amount of money to ship, or I need to donate them and buy new ones.
My sliding glass door was damaged so that it could not close. This resulted in us not being able to leave town as planned. I had to come back the next day and fix. One of the doors to my garage was damaged to the point that I needed to hire a handy man after leaving to fix it.
There were weed smells throughout the day. At many times, 3 guys were in the truck sitting around while one guy was in the house. I ended up having to pay extra because they went over on time and then I couldn’t leave town on time due to the late finish— causing me to have to rebook my hotels and lose one night that was prepaid.
There were more issues I found but you get the point. On the positive side, they did show up and they were generally nice guys.
