I have moved quite a bit throughout my life, and I was extremely impressed with the movers at Facemove. This was the only moving company where the owner was actually present and engaged. They were on time, honest, and trustworthy. They were very efficient and cared for my items as if they were their own. They had great communication and made sure everything met my level of satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

The crew was timely, hardworking, and respectful. There were a few opportunities for improvement. The crew loaded a rolling stone umbrella base next to my hydrow rower, and during the transportation, the stone umbrella base repeatedly bashed into the rower and completely shattered the housing. The insurance coverage only amounted to 86 dollars, which does nothing to repair a $1000.00 rowing machine. In addition, despite the plentiful blankets and bubble wrap padding provided, there were still numerous minor damages to the wooden furniture legs.

I had them come and load up a trailer for me and my daughter and we were so worried they wouldn't get all the heavy furniture in the truck . We only had a few hours in our budget and they were fabulous! They got everything in and it was perfectly packed!
