the customer service was horrible but Sam and Jason (I'm not sure) were very helpful. If it werent for the rude customer service, I would give a 5 star. We were asking if we could postpone the service to tomorrow, since the apartment was not cleaned yet. At first, the customer said yes. A moment later, he called my roommate's number and yelled at us for being so irresponsible.All I asked was whether we could postpone it or not.. Regardless of the customer service, we manage to get to Sam & Jason, which were very helpful. I'd recommend them to get the job done.

Daniel and Andrew were on time and worked very hard unloading the storage pod. They were careful of my property and were pleasant to be around. They had a lot of steps to climb while carrying storage tubs and furniture, but they did it cheerfully. They even helped to reassemble the bunk bed for my granddaughter's room. I would definitely use Student Movers again.

These guy really were great and professional, worked very hard..my boss added to the job and they were great about it. There were on time, respectful of fragil items, my bosses 4' humator, pictures etc. and knowledgeable taking apart desks and putting them back together. I have recomended them and will continue to do so. Also use them again..
I have delt with delivery guys who refused to move certan things..or gave a bad attutude and wre sweaty...

I would recommend Student Movers. They confirmed the job the day before, and kept in touch on the day of my move so I would know exactly when to expect them. Richard and Ricky were cheerful and friendly even though it was super hot. They worked hard, and went over and above to keep our possessions protected. They packed the truck very well and tied it off. We had no problems with things shifting during our cross country move.

We could not be happier if we had hand picked the young men who helped us.
They were on time and had the job done in less than half the time we had paid for. They made going up and down the stairs look like they were walking across a room.
Should we need help in the future or only hope is to be able to hire these same two young men. They are "Great".

The movers left us in the lurch on a Friday afternoon without unloading our container. The company would not coordinate with Pack Rat, the container/transporter company we used. Not knowing when Pack Rat would show up on Friday to move the container to the new address, we had to bring Student Movers out early in the morning to be sure they got the container loaded with our furniture before Pack Rat showed up. Then after PR moved the container to our new house at 2PM (10 minutes away) we had to bring SM back to unload. But before 3PM, the Student Movers movers were already on their way home for the weekend and not answering my phone calls. We ended up having to scramble and hire two more guys to help us unload the container on Saturday.
Don't use Pack Rat or Student Movers.
