The manager/owner was so helpful. They called to confirm the reservation a couple days in advance and answered all the questions I had. We were running late on the day of the move but we called them and they were very flexible with the starting time. The 2 helpers that they sent came right away, they were friendly and really got the job done. We couldn't have moved in without them.

Gave me a 1 hour window (0900 - 1000) to arrive and received a call 2 or 3 times before the appointment day confirming the appointment which was good. The day of the move the crew called me 10 minutes after their window ended (1010) saying they were on their way (I think they had just finished another job) and 30 minutes later they arrived. Other than the 40 minute late arrival they worked quickly and were pretty good with my belongings. It took them just over an hour to finish the job, I paid the minimum 2 hours for the move but expected them to finish early. Overall they were good - worked hard, quickly and were friendly. I would use them again.

We couldn't say enough nice things about them. They called when they were on their way. They were very polite and their work ethics were exemplary. They worked relentlessly for 3 12 hours. Rashid (sp?) and Israel worked well together and never complained. We would definitely recommend The Right Choice.

The first interaction I had with the company was fantastic; both gentlemen I spoke with on the phone were polite and accommodating. However, on the day of the move, I had to call the office three times in order to get a call back confirming the time the crew was going to show up. We were moving a piano, and the company charged me an additional $75 for it. I assumed they would sent two guys that were big enough to lift a piano because of the fee. What they actually sent over was Mouth from Goonies and Andre 3000 from Outkast. We eventually got the piano into the house, but not without enlisting the help of two of the neighbors! I would not use them again.

good workers. poor greedy management: originally contracted for $254 for 3 hours with $65 per hour beyond 3 hours. ended up paying $85 for the 4th hour. this is greed. don't want headache dealing with their management? don't hire them. FACTS: day.of.move=5/10/2014; name=LEE; zipcode=12540; order.number=Order #: 190902 executed on 5/10/2014; same management charged TWICE my son-in-law (executed same charge on 2 credit cards claiming 1st credit card didn't work); I want my $20 back.

We had Freddy and Rasheed in from The Right Choice, they did a great job for us. They showed up on time, and stayed three hours later than the two hours we had initially hired them for. We had thought we'd use them only for moving the big stuff, but when we saw how efficiently they were able to pack the POD storage unit we had, it became obvious that we should have them move everything. The price was very affordable, the guys were professional, I absolutely would (and have) recommend them.

The 2 young men were a bit late, but my condo can be hard to find, so, no worries. These men were very respectful of my property and me, worked very hard, and dismantled the items that needed to be dismantled. Also, they followed my directions about which items to leave alone. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
