There was a bit of confusion regarding timing and number of helpers (we requested 1 guy, they sent 2) but Wood was respectful and personable, and worked hard. I was glad we had loaded the truck ourselves (except for the bed) because otherwise we certainly would have gone over our 2 hours.

Very disappointed after relocating 1000 miles and having Home to Home Movers never show up to move us into storage unit nor call to explain. From one small business owner to another they should be ashamed of the lack of customer service they provided. I understand emergencies but showed a lack of accountability and have no idea the amount of time and money it cost to rectify the situation of them not showing.
