The customer service representative/ scheduler was great very responsive. The movers were late, but I was notified they would be late about a 1/2 hour prior to their arrival window. It was the second job that day for the movers. The first hour they were great, the second hour was a little slower, the third hour was very slow. One of the guys was on his phone a lot leaving the other guy to work by himself and he was trying very hard. I started hauling smaller things myself. I think it should have been done in 3 hours but it took 4 hours.
