I was notified a day before to confirm my appointment. I was contacted the morning of my loading of the pods. Isaiah and another gentleman showed up and worked for 2 hours nonstop and were very cautious with our furniture and thy were personable and kind. I would use these guys anytime and recommend them to others. I would trust them to help me again!!!!!!!

Adept movers! Packed the truck fairly well but did packed quickly so no complaints. Three guys used the two hours wonderfully. Time efficiently managed. Did 99% of everything I needed, but only hindered by rain and my indecision of what was a priority. Very happy.

Showed up an hour and a half late. Every time I called them for an update, they provided a different time for arrival. We unpacked half the uhaul before they arrived. They then unpacked the other half in 45 min. Damage was done to my chairs, table, and my bed frame. They weren't carefully moving things. I was charged for the full 2 hours despite them working 45 min.
Pros: they did move my couch into the dumpster for me because it wouldn't fit and had a good attitude about it. They gave me a $30 discount to try to make up for being late. This is why I gave 3 stars. The other items above made me want to give 0.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On your big day we strive to make our customers service as seamless as possible. Customers can expect high quality and elite services no matter the type of move requested. You can expect a phone call from your Crew Leader prior to the start of your service. Also, the crew servicing your move will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have the majority of their belongings packed and ready to go. Also, you should have a good idea of everything being moved or rearranged and where it needs to go.
