First time for us to move in New York City and they even helped us park the truck! Saw a different moving company up the street with only 1 mover and the boxes looked battered. We wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional job you did moving our furniture. From the moment you arrived, your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding work ethic were evident, and you exceeded every expectation we had.
In less than two hours, you accomplished what would have taken us days. You carefully moved all of our bedroom furniture upstairs, relocated heavy furniture throughout our home, removed two extremely heavy pieces to the curb, and even maneuvered a very heavy upright freezer down the stairs and safely out to the back of our house beneath the porch. It was truly impressive to watch your teamwork, experience, and efficiency.
What meant the most to us was the care you took with our home. We had just had our hardwood floors beautifully refinished, and we were understandably concerned about protecting them. Every piece of furniture was handled with great care, and not a single scratch or mark was left behind. That level of respect for our home meant so much to us.
Beyond your skill and efficiency, both of you were personable, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to work with. You turned what could have been a stressful day into an enjoyable experience.

I can't say enough good things about Ozzy and his team! They packed two 16-foot containers absolutely to the brim and finished right on schedule, exactly as promised.
Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly respectful, polite, efficient, and quick. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and seamless.

These guys were great, took great care of our stuff and made sure things were done quickly and well, even though we had heavy furniture and tight doorways.
We had an issue with getting a couch through a doorway and when it wouldn’t work they immediately connected us with someone who could fix it. Couldn’t have moved without them. Really easy to coordinate with the owner and they really cared about providing a great service. Highly recommend!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love what we do because we’re great at it. But we love the recognition we get from our clients, it keeps us motivated.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I’ve trained each of my movers for a total of 6month. Even after- I ask my movers for photos during jobs ( if I’m not present) and I stay in contact with the client, till the job is complete.
