The men that were sent were awsome. They did a great job. The reason for the two stars was the management. The appointment was for 9 am. They showed up at 1pm. The man lied and said his crew was coming from out of state. In reality they were diverted to another job then came to me. This delayed my trip and forced me to pay for a hotel. I hate being lied to. Very unprofessional. Again the workers were great.

Please have blankets and a dolly and handtruck if elevators are involved. Have all things packed and ready to go. Flat screens TVs wrapped up or boxed up.

I enjoy meeting people and assisting them with their transportation of their belongings. From one place to another.

I provide them with training of properly loading a truck and unloading into a house or apartment.
