Joe and his crew did a great job moving our household goods. They packed everything very securely and nothing was damaged during the move. There where some challenging pieces, but they wrapped them very securely. And they also handled a very heavy item very professionally.
When we arrived at our destination, they reassembled the beds just right. Good job!

Angelo and his helper were professional and on time. Angelo was a superstar and handled the entire move with urgency. He really cares about the company and reputation. He communicated prior to his arrival and while doing the work he was in constant communication about what he was going to do and was extra careful with all of my things. I went over my time but he really picked up the pace and made sure I understood how much longer they’d be. He explained the rate changes and was very polite. I highly recommend this company.

Sonny and Robert were excellent. They deserve a huge raise. They worked very quickly and hard. We’re still unpacking and need to make sure all boxes made it but I can certainly say they unloaded our pod, loaded our things on a truck and delivered our things with ZERO scratches. I am glad we had Sonny and Robert as our movers today. They did an excellent job. Please relay our application. And PLEASE give them a bonus!!!

Showed up early. Were very quick packing up. Took a lot of breaks (worked about 40m per hour), which was fine since it was hot but went well over estimated time. Were very careless throwing things into shipping container. Lamps broken, scuffs/scratches on furniture. One mover was very rude, other very nice. Overall would not recommend due to broken items.
EDIT: Qshark was very diligent in remediating the damages that were incurred and went above and beyond in making sure compensation was provided. Upgraded initial review from 2 to 4 stars.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After you book a moving service with us you will get a confirmation email with the time, day and all needed information so you have it handy! The day before you will get a confirmation text ( little reminder ) about your services. We are also take a great pride on responding to any questions you may have very fast ( usually within 30 minutes )
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We know moving is stressful so our top priority is arrive on time. The movers will call you on their way. Our crews are fully equipped to provide the service for you.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We are a full service moving company and we can do everything for you. But we do recommend to organize everything as much as you can, anything you can do will help save time and money!
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize on local household moves and office moves. We do long distance moves as well inside California
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving process is really stressful and seeing customer relax when everything is going perfect is the best feeling!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We require passing the drug test and background check before getting a position in our company. Then every new mover has to complete 10 days of training inside our warehouse and then pass the final exam. After its all done the mover is completely ready to go inside your house but to make sure you have the best experience we always send experienced movers with our new movers.
