I waited until I unloaded all my items to write this review. Everything that was packed into the two UPack moving containers was intact and unbroken when I moved in. So Iād say the two gentlemen did a great job loading. The only thing that bummed me out with the experience was that I needed some furniture disassembled for the move, and they forgot their tools.

They also did a good job of keeping the customer aware of their arrival time via phone calls and text messages. They were neat and tidy as well. I would use them again.

Two guys arrived at the arranged time. They carefully unloaded my items and were friendly. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I only needed help for 30 minutes and the smallest time to reserve was for 2 hrs. They can't help that.,

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They showed up an hour and a half late, only completed half the work, and were unwilling to negotiate any kind of refund.
