They were not on time but did call to give me a heads up that they were running late with enough lead time for me to prepare, and they did show up at the time they said they would at that point. It was about 20 mins outside the window I’d booked. They were respectful and handled my items with care and followed our directions. They also helped me get rid of a piece of furniture I didn’t want which was a great help.

One of your movers stole my very expensive pocket knife that we were using to cut ropes. They tried to leave 20 minutes early but I made them stay. Their packing was good until the last half hour. I would probably not use your service when I unpack the pod.

Chaz and Jamal were very polite, and respectful young men. It was a pleasure to work with them! They arrived on time, and took their time to pack the truck carefully. I had absolutely NO breakage/damage to any of my personal possessions. It was abundantly clear that they are experienced movers. All of my interactions with individuals from Hall's was very positive. Dip and Randy arrived on time and ready to go. I gave them a quick tour to show them the items that needed to be moved and they went to work.
They were polite, fast, efficient, and worked very well together. They completed the job with time to spare and they packed my cube like a game of Tetris.
