The team was 40 minutes late so we started without them and so they worked less than one hour but we still had to pay them for 2 hour minimum, which kinda sucked. 2 hour minimum is of course, otherwise, just fine. They worked hard and were good help when they did arrive. Thanks for your help.

Very nice job! They both were very pleasant & patient & especially when trying to figure out where things went. Nothing so far was found to be broken. However, I have not opened the boxes yet.
Suggestion: They do need to bring water with them because we didn’t have any & had to run out & get them some water because they needed it. It’s hard work!

Very friendly and on time and worked quickly. However when I arranged the service I requested that shrink wrap be brought to wrap certain items and I was guaranteed that it would be provided at a cost to me of $10 a roll. They failed to bring any and without any explanation as to why not. Hopefully my items will be ok upon delivery. I provided moving blankets but was surprised that most were not being used and the ones that were used were draped around certain pieces of furniture loosely and not taped. Again, once my goods are delivered I’m hoping that everything is properly protected
