Great communicator before, during, and completion. We lucked out and found Ken last move and went back through years receipts to find him again for this move, he and Dejay are that efficient and that good. Quality on all levels timeliness, manners/ respect of personal items, knew hireahelper site so setting up appointment and payment was not stressful and fast. Very knowledgeable about packing truck load so nothing shifts, exceedingly careful with all belongings, helpful with knowledge of local areas and other service contractors. Thinks through to make most efficient by considering height, weight, width and best angle to move bulky cumbersome items on stairs so no damage. All items were put exactly and correctly in each room. Very very pleased Ken helped make our new house a home!

Outstanding service and quick. Showed up on time everytime. I say that because they loaded our Budget truck and then on super short term notice were available to come move everything into a penske truck because the budget one broke down and even though we bought the insurance they couldn't give me a new truck. Needless to say this crew is top notch and if you're not using them you're using the wrong crew!
