They worked efficiently and nonstop until completion. Only thing, I would have appreciated them screwing the mirror back onto the dresser instead of just sitting it on there and also replacing the door they removed from the back of the armoire. I have no other issues with the work they did. After a back injury that prevented me from doing any lifting or moving, they were a God send.

They were understanding when the gate code for the storage unit didn't work and we all waited for the manager to arrive. This was an extremely difficult day for me and they made it alot better. The 2 Move Crew were friendly, chill, and unloaded all my belongings quickly from a 16ft Penske truck. They arrived at an adjusted time - called day of service to say they were going to be about an hour later, which was perfectly fine with me especially since I booked them the night before and was running a bit late myself. They were committed to carefully unloading and putting everything where I wanted, even unscrewing and rescrewing couch legs to fit into a small room with narrow door, and were completed in under the allotted two hours.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
The customer can expect for an initial call/email notifying them we did in fact receive their request and give them either the time they are wanting or the times we have available on such day.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to give them a 1hr-30 minute courtesy call before we arrive and for clean professional movers to handle items better than they would their own.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have as much as you can packed and ready to go also if you dissemble beds etc. it will speed the process up tremendously. if you are unable don't worry we got the tools to handle it.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, long distance moves, commercial and even on site as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
One of my most favorite parts is helping people. We also love the unique challenges each move brings we love to hear customers say you guy's make that look easy.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide constant training you can never stop learning,we have them learn how to properly wrap and pack belongings as well as loading the trucks and unloading items to prevent damages.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
