Rob and Meagan were absolutely fantastic movers! They contacted me in the morning to confirm, arrived right on time, and came with positive energy that helped ease the stress of the move. Watching them unload my moving pod was like watching expert chefs craft a meal at a Michelin star restaurant! They took care of EVERYTHING! I was so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they worked - they finished early and offered to stick around and help put together furniture and arrange my new apartment. Moving is usually very stressful, but Meagan and Rob made it so easy. 100% would recommend, 10/5 stars!! Thank you guys!

They were a1/2 hour later than there window fire t to a traffic accident, understandable.
They worked solid, despite heat, but given it was our first time working with hire a helper for unpacking a pod, it's hard to say how well they did. In the 5 hours we had them, they got 1 1/2 pods unpacked. We ended up helping organize boxes to help them get boxes in faster. They clearly had knowledge about packing and unpacking based on comments they made.
They were p pleasant, courteous, and definitely exhausted when the 5 hours were up.

Extremely friendly crew, and got the impossible done packing our POD. Used Hire A Helper a couple of times now and these guys are definitely one of the best experienced I've had.

The main reason for my rating is timeliness and communication. Initial communication was very good. We had a fairly flexible schedule that day, but did want to get on the road during the day for an unloading two hours away. Movers indicated they were running late but were unable to give any specific expected time of arrival. We had agreed on an arrival between 11a and noon. Movers arrived at 2:45p - that’s between 3 and 4 hours late. I think it would have been easier to plan for the delay if they were clear that it would be several hours until they arrived.
The actual move went well. Things were handled in a relatively careful way and the truck (which we drove) was packed well.
I would not opt to hire again, as the lack of clear cut arrival time impacted our move/schedule/etc.

Tetris! But most importantly: helping our customers on what can be one of the most stressful days in someone's life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide training on moving fundamentals (moving things safely and efficiently, ways to manage moving difficult items), as well as how we treat our customers and the importance of taking care of their bodies and health, since this type of labor is strenuous.
