We loaded a 26 ft truck and trailer for customer. He did not have to tell us to put blankets on top of furniture, he came out twice and asked if we were going to put a blanket over the last item we brought out, we assured him we intended to, as we do did with all the other furniture we loaded before he'd appear and ask that question, twice. We actually used every blanket customer purchased and asked him if he could find anything else like sheets or comforters we could use because he still had much more furniture left. It seemed as if we cared about customers belongings more than he did because Hireahelper instructs each customer to provide a blanket per furniture item and this customer did not, by a long shot. However, we did not witness any new dings in wall but witnessed several before we even started as well as furniture that didn't look like it was loved or taken care of, to say the least. I'm confident the one item he mentioned that had a ding and scratch was preexisting.
