Victor and his helper, (sorry I forgot his name) were very hard working, fast, polite and very careful with our belongings. Great experience all around. We highly recommend their services.

I was not happy with their service. All boxes were marked with the rooms they were supposed to go into but they were just stacking boxes anywhere. When I asked them to put the boxes into the correct rooms one of the movers was extremely rude about it. They also scraped up a wall which I know can happen but they didn’t even tell us they’d done it. At least an apology would have been appreciated. Have worked with way more professional movers in the past.

Mover's response:
We worked directly with Brian, the home owner although the job was booked by his mother Dena who wrote this review. We spoke with Dena once the entire 2 hrs which was when she asked us why were there boxes by the stairs and I personally informed her one of us was bringing them in from the garage and the other mover is running them upstairs. There was no other dialogue with her besides basic greetings and no instance of rudeness which I feel is why no detail of it was provided. Brian however said we did great, attempted to recruit us to his company, and tipped us $40 each. Please reference prior reviews to determine rudeness is not in our character. Also, if we 'scraped' a wall, we would've notified the homeowner as deception is also not in our character.
