They were on time. However, they booked another client within 30 minutes of our delivery window. We only had about 30-45 minutes left to finish our job but they left us hanging where we had to search and search for other help. We offered to pay for their services past the original time but they left us high and dry. There is no flexibility with their service and I would pass on this company. The last company I used through HireaHelper was excellent and worked till the job was done no matter if it went past the original window of time. No flexibility!!

Mover's response:
Customer was a contractor for CVS. We arrived on time, and were complimented for our work and all was great. We unloaded a semi in 3.5 hrs. Customer was informed when we had 1 hr remaining along with the fact we had a job after his and he was fine with that. That is before a 2nd semi he was not expecting arrived. We helped unload it for the remaining 30 min and informed him when the 4 hrs was up. He asked if we could stay longer but we couldn't this rare circumstance because we'd be penalized if we didnt arrive to the next job within the requested window. We even called the next customer to see if they had wiggle room but were on a tight schedule. We even informed them Hireahelper would replace us quick, which they did.

They were 4 hours late in arriving.

Mover's response:
We informed customer we'd be late because of blizzard. Customer swore she understood. Accidents and reroutes on expressway. Kept customer updated every step of the way. Many cancellations that day because of weather from other service providers. We made all our appointments!

When unloading our truck we found that every piece of our furniture was damaged, some to the point of just having to trash it. Heavy tubs were placed on top of tighter tubs causing all tub lids on the bottom to break. We haven't opened our boxes yet at this point we are afraid to we are sure many items are broke just from the way it was packed and stacked.

I would not recommend nor will I use Hire A Helper again. They underestimated our loading time causing all kinds of issues. When I called them back to get someone to finish the job it was almost twice the cost of the first loaders and they had no one available that day.

I believe you have us mistaken for the unloaders Brenda. You're husband supervised us and said we did a great job loading. We never stack heavier boxes on lighter boxes and we put blankets over every piece of furniture.

My loaders, Victor and Sergio, were absolutely incredible. Professional and efficient. They loaded my truck even though my car trailer was still attached, without complaint or concern. Communicated before and throughout the entire process. Would definitely hire these guys again. Fantastic job.
