They were on time, very courteous, worked hard, carefully handled furniture and boxed and were very cooperative. I had several friends helping as well and they fit right in. Their rates were competitive and I would hire them again.

They were polite, helpful and did a great job of getting everything into the truck. My only complaint was that the moving of a large entertainment center. They said it was too heavy to move without straps which they did not have. I had not marked it as more than 400lbs as I did not think it was. It could have been. We bought straps and we paid an extra $100 to John Movers due to the heavy piece of furniture.
When the truck was unloaded by a company in Madison, they used a dolly and there was no extra charge.
Everything else was great-well , except their masks were below their noses which made them effectively pretty useless. We are older so tried to keep our distance.
