They were later than originally quoted, however they called to advise of traffic delays. They moved the items requested plus some additional items, and in less than quoted timeframe. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. I will definitely recommend them and if additional services are needed, would definitely have them again.

They were late showing up. I rented moving blankets for my furniture but they had to be told three times to use them. When I got to my destination, I discovered that they didn't wrap my wooden furniture properly and therefore, I had rub marks on several pieces. I will not use them again.

Mover's response:
We informed the customer we had a rain delay and kept her informed we'd be running 15 min behind and she said she understood. Ms James supervised us personally and never mentioned or gave us any moving blankets! She informed me we did a great job after the move and gave us each a hefty tip. I am confused..

A couple of young and inexperienced movers were sent to complete the job. When concerns about this were expressed to the supervisor, he became defensive and difficult to communicate with. We were able to work with the movers but they had to be closely supervised and guided in their tasks. We would not use them again.

Our guys did a great job as usual with no complaints besides their age, which is a first. I apolagize they were not older.

Excellent, friendly, fast help unloading a packed out 15’ moving truck on pretty short notice (scheduled a day ahead). Also, extra efforts/tries to get up a big piece of furniture that ultimately did not fit up the stairs. Thankful for the help, would recommend.

I purchased furniture pads to protect my wooden furniture. Not only didn't they use them, but they put the furniture facing and up against the POD wall, so they will bang against the walls while in transit. Now I have to find someone to turn the furniture around, fill them with boxes and cover them. I will never use them again.

Mover's response:
The customer informed us this was supposed to be 'Phase 1'. We loaded the few furniture pieces facing doors in, tightly packed. The customer informed us she brought a few furniture pads 'after' the few furniture pieces were loaded and quickly informed us it was ok and that she'd use them on the pieces that were to be loaded in Phase 2 as she only purchased a few. We received no call afterward asking if we could come back and wrap some things which we would've been glad to do free of charge. She even told us we did a great job and offered to pay us direct in exchange for a deal for Phase 2 which we declined.
