The one worker was willing to help and get the job done. The driver refused to move things around in the unit and sat in the car. The job got half done even though I paid them for an extra hour. SLOW, not proeffsional at all.

I would give them 100 out of 5 if I could. Was an outstanding job. They were great at moving my hard to move furniture, and the fancy maneuvers required to get it through tight spaces. They worked hard and fast. They were really pleasant and kept the mood light. They went out of their way to be helpful. Couldn't have been more pleased.

They did a great job! This wasn't an easy move-- 3rd floor to 3rd floor walk-ups, and they did such an incredible job. Next time I will hire more people only because we had more stuff than I realized and one more person would have eased the load.

So helpful. They loaded while I packed. We got 2.5 trucks loaded and unloaded in 6 hours. Very nice hard working men. Definitely would recommend.

Unfortunately the crew showed up nearly two hours late and were clearly did not have a ton of experience. I was not told that they would be late, but did get a couple update calls that they were on their way. Thankfully the guy in charge was there to coach the three guys who did finally arrive. They didn't bring their own water and had trouble understanding that boxes needed to go into certain rooms (boxes were labeled and someone was trying to guide them). They were all very nice, but it was such a let down to have to pay for 2-full hours when they rushed, gave bad service, and finished in 45 minutes. I could never recommend.
