The Good:
Called with ETA that was correct. Arrived within predetermined time frame. Introduced themselves upon arrival. Moved heavy items from truck and placed in appropriate rooms Very polite and respectful of people and items being moved.

Points for improvement:
A bit slow moving. We helped unload the truck to get it done as each trip up one flight of steps seemed to take awhile.
No working knowledge of how to put furniture/beds together; however, responded well to instruction and got it done.
Overall good service!!! I was very impressed to see 2 young men be so respectful and willing to fulfill their obligations to the last minute..... AND accept direction well!

The two gentlemen phoned before arriving and they were on time. I showed them everything I had and told them not to worry if they can't fit it all in the rental truck. I had a lot of boxes and heavy furniture. I was amazed at how fast they loaded everything in just two hours. I couldn't figure out how they fit everything in. These two guys were excellent. Very efficient and experienced in loading and packing. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs helpers. THANK YOU GO HARD TRANSPORTS FOR PROVIDING EXCELENT STAFF.

These guys were amazing! We had a chaotic timeline of moving and they worked with us every step of the way! They even came a day earlier than scheduled without a problem. The guys who came out were super friendly and took good care of our things, I will definitely use this company for all future moves!

I can’t say enough about Kris our helper. He was the absolute best. Very pleasant, knew exactly what he was doing with complete professionalism, listened and gave suggestions on how to get it done and hustled to do it. So lucky to have him.

They showed up on time. Asked me to give an overview of what was being moved. They brought tools to tear down the beds and possibly other furniture items as I had requested. They were cautious to avoid damaging walls, floors and my things. They worked for me well beyond the scheduled time to ensure the job was done to meet my needs, as the online estimate was way off. I'm very happy with Go Hard Transports but not Budget Truck rentals. Budget called the day before saying the porter did not bring my truck to the pickup location and I had to call customer service to see where I could pick it up from. I do so only to find out that the regional manager is the only person who can do this but their office was closed before 430pm on a Sat and he would not be able to do that until well after my scheduled pickup time. I wasn't told that until I called back a little after 8am since I didn't receive a call from them as I was to expect starting at 7am.

They did a good job and helped me move last minute same day, but I'm missing at least one box so far. It was one that should've gone on toward the end, but apparently it didn't make it. I am pretty upset about this. There were some personal items in that box that i will never get back. They either kept it, or put it in the dumpster. Will never use this service again.
