The guys from King of Quality were great. They arrived more toward the end of the set arrival window. They were ready to go when they arrived. They were very proactive in loading, keeping up the flow of boxes into the truck. They got everything loaded and were respectful and careful with the equipment.

I don’t even care that the guys were late (highway 17 traffic on a Friday), they were AWESOME. They fit literally everything into my large POD, which, wasn’t gonna happen with how I was trying to do it. They moved my heavy gym equipment and my Cal King mattress down 4 flights of stairs with ease. Highly recommend!

Shawn and Anthony arrived at 11:30a and were finished by 1:00p. They were very gentle with our things and made sure that “walking lanes” were in the storage unit so that we could get to items in the rear without taking too much out. Would definitely use the services again.

The guys were polite and professional in behavior. They worked hard. We had a couple of pieces that were low priority to take with us as we were concerned about space. We had them size up what we were packing and they felt that it would not be a problem to fit everything. Our mistake for allowing it to happen. One of the large items we would have left out went in first. We asked them to pack tightly and use all of the space while distributing weight. The storage container was full long before we loaded a number of valuable items. It was somewhat irrelevant as at the time the container was full we agreed that not everything would have fit either way. I scheduled a four hours based on the advice of hire a helper. After they left, 2.5 hours into a 4 hour prepaid time allowance, we ended up unpacking half of the unit to create more space within. We were able to fit in quite a bit more by stacking lighter items to the top of the container. We also provided retention straps to secure the heavier pieces, they did not use any of these, so we put them in place to keep weight from shifting. We still fell short of our goal of getting everything into a 16' container and in the long run it was easier but not cost effective to bring in another 8' container. Another local service, which we did not use, would have estimated how much space we needed which would have allowed us to eliminate the items not worth storing and moving. Lesson learned on our end. We were counting on a level of expertise in this process that could have been better.

Booked with a 1-2pm arrival. Reached out to the provider to push the arrival an hour earlier. They confirmed 12-1pm arrival the day before the job. Then showed up at 1:30. Completely unacceptable. I will not book with them again.

These guys were great. They were on time, worked very hard and maximized the space on our truck. I would highly recommend them.
I was not so happy with hire a helper. They called the day before and asked if we could change our move to the next day or in the afternoon on our move day, of which we could do neither. They did find us another mover at the last minute who were wonderful but more expensive. This was very disappointing.
