I'm sorry to say that I had a bad experience with your loaders. They were late but they did call to say they were going to be late. They didn't seem to be knowledgeable as to how to load a U-Haul vehicle. I tried my best to be organized for them and work hard but that didn't seem to work. I don't think it was very professional considering how much I spent to get these two guys to help me with my move. I will not be recommending or using your services again. I was very excited to find you guys but then so disappointed in how my experience was.

While there was a small glitch in the morning plan (he lost his lead and had to find another last minute), they were in touch with me the entire time, got there quickly and were fantastic. These guys worked super hard and fast and were respectful of my items. The organization skills to get everything (and then some) into the truck was incredible, they really filled every last inch. The movers that I had unload the truck said it was one of the best packing jobs they had ever seen, they were quite impressed. I would definitely recommend ProLoad!

The 2 movers were on time and very efficient. They pre-planned the loading and were extremely careful to protect walls and furniture to ensure there was no damage. I'm going to schedule and request them for unloading next month. They were wonderful, professional and friendly.
