They were strong, handed heavy things and the stairs with ease and never stop during the two hours. They took care when moving my possessions. They were polite. The team of 4 that loaded our Pod are my heroes! Carlos called the night before to confirm. They arrived about 15 min early and called from outside. They packed what seemed an insurmountable load in less than 2 hrs and we still had space in front to fill in later (which we need). They were friendly, polite, quick and efficient, and didn’t break, nick, drop or bust up a thing. We have another stage of this multipart move coming and I will jump for joy if we get these guys again. I want to kiss them and send their mamas thank you notes. These guys worked hard and got it done!!! 100 million stars!
