I cannot say enough about how amazing having H&M help us with our move made it easier. Alex and Kev went above and beyond from the initial conversation. Their professionalism, experience and talent of loading a POD was incredible. There personalities were enjoyable and the respect they had for us and our belongings was like it was their own. They made what could have been a very stressful time for us a considerable easy one. Alex and Kev are an asset to H&M and I hope they realize it. I can’t say enough good things about the two movers who helped with my apartment move. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Communication was excellent from start to finish — they gave me a heads-up before arrival, walked me through their plan before starting, and checked in throughout to make sure everything was handled the way I wanted.
They worked efficiently as a team, wrapping and protecting my furniture with real care, and navigated tight hallways and stairs without a single scratch or ding. Nothing was rushed, but they still moved quickly and kept the whole process on schedule. They were also just genuinely pleasant to have around — friendly, easygoing, and happy to answer questions or accommodate last-minute changes.
By the end of the move, everything was exactly where I wanted it, nothing was damaged, and I felt like I’d been taken care of by people who actually cared about doing the job right. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and a pleasure to work with, these two are the ones to call. I’ll definitely be requesting them again for my next move!

Excellent, professional, and cordial service provided. Arrived timely and moved everything required and then helped move and load small boxes my husband and I had originally planned to move, including all artwork/wall hangings. Took care in moving all of our furniture, especially our leather couch and loveseat. Highly recommend and will look to use H & M again. Thank you, Hector!

Alex and Andy were punctual and came ready to work. They were definitely seasoned movers; they did a great job unloading and packing things adeptly into a small storage area and then other items into a very cluttered house. I would highly recommend them.

Hands down best movers I’ve had. Not only did we get done on time, we got a lot more packed with their help than anticipated. Even when certain furniture required assembly and disassembly or awkward clearances, there was a way to get it done. Awesome job and I look forward to using H&M for our next move!

A phone call to introduce ourselves and familiarize them with a plan for moving day. Go over specific needs that they may have for their move, and discuss any expectations they may have from the moving crew or for their personal belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
secure their pets before the move , have a plan if they have young children so as not to be in the way of the movers while the move is in process(Safety Reasons),also secure their immediate personal belongings such as keys, phones, etc. so that they are not misplaced
