They showed up late and appeared to be on "something." No dollies, tools or equipment. Things were not packed or wrapped correctly. ONE guy did all the moving. The other did the packing. It took this long to write the review because my things remained in POD storage for 3 months, so I did not know if any damage was done. I have a few things so far that have been damaged, the rest remains to see. I would not use AAA again.

They showed up 1.5 hours late which was stressful as I had elevator blocks of 2 hours. At times I felt that I was moving much faster and they a broke a lamp trying to consolidate to much on a cart.

I needed same day help, and they were amazing. Booked them at 2pm for a 6pm unload, very short notice! But they came exactly at 6pm, face masks on, ready to work!
