I asked 3 times for them to bring plastic to wrap everything as we put all in storage for 4 months. They only brought the small roll so everything virtually unprotected. As we unloaded to put in storage we had damage. Big dent in armoire and scratches, etc.

Simply amazing from start to finish! The communication ahead of the date was excellent and responsive to changes. The team arrived early and finished early, asking for guidance anytime they were not sure where to put something.
