They promised me i would have all my things in same condition as packed. WRONG!! Huge gouge in my solid wood dining table. Not sure it can be fixed with just buffing out and re-stain. Velvet rubbed off the back of my blue velvet couch. Needs re-upholstered.
Torn fabric and padding off side of chair all the way down to metal, and a 3/4 inch round hole in the other arm of the chair. Needs repair and upholstered.
I'm so angry with this service. They said everything was wrapped with full padding and would be free of issues.
I want to know who is going to pay for all this.
Don't use them unless you are ready to have your items arrive in LESS than the same condition they are loaded.

Mike & Larry arrived within my given time slot & unloaded a 26' U-Haul in 3 hrs flat. They were very courteous & careful with all my belongings. They went above & beyond in not letting me bicycle back from the U-Haul drop off. I would recommend Armstrong to anyone looking to either load or unload.

Mike’s crew was a little apprehensive at first and loading our stuff given how many things we had and how big our trailer was. They did a wonderful job packing things tightly into a smaller space than we had intended due to a smaller trailer rental. As they worked on packing the trailer and I worked on packing the back of the truck he was actually pretty amazed with how much stuff he was able to fit in the trailer and truck. Good skill with making things fit tight like Tetris.
