Wonderful, professional. Our items were unloaded with care, particularly the fragile ones that either shifted during the journey or hadn't been stacked correctly. They worked very well together ensuring that every furniture "leg" was extricated from the pod undamaged. Great communication before the job as well. What I thought would be a stressful day of loading a packing cube ended up being a very pleasant experience that even included some laughs. I wasn't sure if I would be able to fit as much as I wanted in the cube, but I trusted Mike & Pete and watched them make it happen. Kind, courteous, fast, and friendly, all while maintaining their professionalism. I appreciate that they were on time and prepared to disassemble some items that I had not considered. I am sad that I wont be able to hire them at my final destination.
