The crew contacted me an hour before the arrival window to verify they were going to arrive within the window, and they arrived on time. The crew brought everything they needed, including blankets and straps. They got everything done withing the 2 hours I had scheduled with them, and they worked really hard to find every nook and cranny to fit all my boxes in a 7x7 POD. Everything fit with some space to spare. The crew was professional, courteous, and treated my items with care. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I am very happy with their work.

They weren't on time, but it was totally understandable because there had been a bad storm with power outage the night before. They were good at communicating about this. Worked hard, were very polite, wanted to make sure they put things where we wanted them, and were respectful of our time. We did note some damage after they left (even though they insisted we inspect everything before they left), but it wasn't their fault. It was obvious that it was from things getting crushed from settling during the 1400-mile drive in the PODS. Very pleased with them.

Hard working professionals completed the unloading quickly and safely. In the remaining time put together a complicated Danish bed that would have taken me hours. Very clean work. Highly recommended.

Mike and Larry arrived on time and went right to work. They worked very hard and took care of all the items that went into the truck. Mike loaded the truck exceptionally well with no room left over. He used all the space he could. Yes we would use them again.
