I originally gave them 5 stars because they did a good job while they were at the house but I did not get a big enough POD and Mike offered to ship the extra items to me. It's been over two months and he doesn't respond to texts and I don't have my stuff. Very unhappy!! And after he left there was still stuff in the house that was missed. Not good...

Mike and his guys did a great job. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. They were responsible and respectful, on time and worked very hard. I would definitely use them in the future.

Mike was fantastic. He kept an open line of communication leading up to the job and was insanely fast! Great personality, very professional, and even left a couple pieces of furniture in better shape than we packed them! I'd highly reccommend. I know who I'll be calling the next time a move comes up.

The movers were very nice and moved my things efficiently and packed the rental truck to its capacity. My travel distance in the rental truck was about 140 miles mainly on the freeway. When the truck was unloaded I did find some damage to the foot of my nice TV stand which I think might have happened when trying to stuff my couch into the packed rental truck. Overall though my items did not seem to shift or fall during the transport which shows how good they are at packing items in a rental truck! One thing I would have preferred is a set start time instead of an hour range when they might arrive. The movers appear to be experienced and care about the customer. I would recommend them!

They kept in touch with me about their arrival time, and arrived when expected. They were professional, and handled my belongings with care. They were geniuses in making all of my boxes fit in the truck in the least amount of space possible; thereby saving me money, as I was paying for the number of feet used. They even provided a couple of extra blankets when I ran out. They worked diligently, and were able to complete my load within the original 2 hours that was scheduled. I had "friends" help unload, and wish I had spent the money for a HireAHelper, as my friends were not as gentle with my belongings, or my my house. Armstrong Moving did no damage to any my property; however, my friends did damaged dented my appliances, and scared my walls.

Armstrong did a great job moving me to a third floor condo. They were well prepared for the job and worked hard. They were professional and polite. It was very difficult to maneuver a large couch out of my house, but they patiently tried several angles and approaches before they found a way. I would use them again.
