They showed up on time, but felt like they did not care about my things, after they left found dings on stuff that should not have any. Took Too many "Smoke Breaks" If there were a next time I think I would ask for a non smoker.

Brian and his associate were very pleasant to work with and worked very hard moving things up and down stairs. They were very well organized and knew how to organize all the furniture to fit into the truck like a puzzle.

The guys were friendly but took way too many breaks and too much time moving. I did the same move out of 1 place and into another in 5 hours. I was disappointed with their lack of understanding certain items needed to get on the truck for the first load. I was unable to complete cable installation because items were not on the 1st load and not able to get a good night's rest because part of my bed was in another state. Priceless antiques were broken due to being packed in a bad location. What I spent on the total move I could have paid a pro moving company to do the job.

Were they on time: The guys arrived on time and were very cordial.
Were they prepared for the job: Yes
Did they work hard: Aside from the numerous smoke breaks they took throughout the day, yes they worked hard. But they work at a slow pace and the SEVERAL smoke breaks made the pace ever slower. The truck could have been loaded in the time allotted, but they ran out of time and left me to load the remaining items. I asked, "Do you guys think you'll be done in the allotted time frame?", and Brian responded about "this being California" and his being entitled to take breaks or something to that effect.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? For the most part yes. They were very careful.
Would you use them again? Not a chance!

Great service. Showed up on time and were friendly and easy to work with. Did a great job packing my 10' truck- wasn't sure it would all fit, but they made it work.

I would defiantly hire these guys again. Great attitude and very professional. Very professional. Arrived before the start time. Took extra care of my items and packed them in the truck correctly and ensured my stuff would not move during transit.
