The service I requested was to just pack my belongings on the U-haul (26 ft) truck I had rented. I had two very nice young me come to pack my truck. They did well, but they did not get everything on the truck . I was very disappointed. When I arrived to my destination the crew I had to unpack me stated that the truck was not packed correctly (which I knew because I had been able to fit more furniture than that on the same size truck during a prior move. While removing the furniture off the truck I took a dozen picture of my damaged merchandise, some minimal some major. I am now awaiting the proper procedures to rectify the damage to my merchandise.
