I paid for 4 men to arrive and move my 4 bdrm home and I specified a treadmill was part of the move. They showed up late by several hours claiming it was because I didn’t book the correct truck size. They showed up with no tools “they forgot them”. The men that showed up said they didn’t know how to dismantle a treadmill. They were the slowest most disorganized movers I’ve ever dealt with. Despite 4 men, they were unable to move an entire closet of boxes, garage items, and the treadmill. When I spoke to Rob over the phone he promised he would return to get the treadmill moved. We set up a day and he never showed up. When I called him he said he wasn’t going to get there until later tonight. I had already taken off work to be at the house at our scheduled time. When I told him this is not the proper way to do business he began yelling at me over the phone telling me I never paid him anything. He said he never promised me anything and that I don’t get to tell him how to do business. I told him I would be giving him a poor review and ended up having to block him after he continued to harass me though text and phone calls. I would never use this company again and do not suggest them to anyone else.
