The loaders did a good job. Once they were here they worked quickly and handled my possessions with care. Took directions well. The afternoon assemblers took directions well but didn’t seem very knowledgeable about pieces they were putting together or particularly skilled. My friend had to supervise them to get the pieces together.
My issues were with whoever schedules time. I had booked 4 hours of labor 2 months ago. The evening before I got a call asking if they could come earlier at 7am instead of the 8-9am previously scheduled. They arrived at 7:45am , left at 9:45 am. And the second crew didn’t arrive until 4:30 pm. 7 hours after the initial crew left.
Said that they had to be at another job, was inconvenient and really not my problem. I am satisfied with the workers, disappointed with poor scheduling and lack of communication from management.

They tried to move too fast and damaged multiple pieces of my furniture. One large king bed frame was not secured when I moved the U-Haul truck and fell - breaking it in multiple spots. I needed someone who showed more care in how they move furniture - not sliding things on ground without blankets.
