Guys were very pleasant and respectful. One was ABSOLUTELY sure everything would fit… it did not! It was disappointing. They did work hard to try to fit everything possible. It was close but I had to leave several unique items behind.
When I called the company concerned about would it all fit before they came, he said boxes go first then furniture and I’d be able to decide 1/2 way thru what items were important … that was the opposite with the guys I had. They packed the furniture first. I had been prepared to leave a few big pieces that didn’t matter as much but ended up having to leave items behind that I really wanted … they had trouble closing the POD!
I still would hire them again but would not trust their judgement on space. Guys were good and efficient but underestimated the amount of room. They were on time and worked hard and consistently.
