Crew ran into some Unforeseen traffic on their way to the job. They called with updates and kept us advised as to when they were going to be at our home. When right to work was very helpful and respectful. They packed our Portable storage unit quickly and carefully. We have no complaints. We would definitely hire them again.

On moving day the scheduled mover will contact the customer 2 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. The customer will have a last chance to notify us about any suggestions before the movers arrive.

Customer should prepare for moving day by telling the movers any suggestions they have. Movers will have a more clear understanding of knowing if they need any special tools.
