These guys had little hustle and didn't take directions very well which led to me finishing the job. They repeatedly would take one hand truck to the elevator and then go down despite multiple requests to fill up the elevator and then send it down. I was working the entire time and their one load at a time left me waiting for them at the truck. They left before the job was finished because we had hit 3 hours and I had to request they not leave before actually getting the large furniture pieces that I couldn't move alone. I had moved into this apartment 18 months ago with 2 movers and we were completely finished within 2 1/2 hours and I did little work. Would not hire again.

Mover's response:

Mister Donovan R Moved out of Camden Lake Eola Apartments #1201 on the 12 floor. Anyone who knows this place will know that the distance from service elevator to apt 1201 is about 500ft. The service elevator wasn’t locked so other tenants was using it as well as us. Due to the distance we had to walk and the elevator being used by others It was impossible to load the elevator like we normally do. This was explained to Mister Donovan R and from my knowledge it was understood. In spite the challenges we did all we could to empty the apartment and brought everything down to the tuck and storage container he had. Mister Donovan R told us that he will load both the truck and the container himself which he did because he knew that it would have taken us the full 3 hours that was booked to get everything out the apartment walk about 500 feet to put them in the elevator. Go down 12 flight and repeat until finished. We completed the just without incident. I’m really not sure why he isn’t being honest about the situation.
P.s. My potential customers. If you believe Donovan. Before you book us please feel free to go check out that apartment or call them and ask for a tour. I promise you that I’m not the one lying here.

Fantastic, professional, movers. Took extra time to pack my belongings with care and maximize my pod’s space. Would highly recommend to anyone. Was timely and also worked quickly, was done in the allotted time.10 star rating IMO
